All returns are subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee.

Cancellations
For stock items, cancellation of orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shipping date. Custom orders are firm and non cancelable.

Claims
No claims beyond replacement of credit of any unacceptable material as confirmed by Agri-Bio warranty or representation expressed, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Agri-Bio shall not be liable to purchaser for damages cost, loss or expense of all or a portion of any order.
